DLP - users cannot uninstall endpoint

Issue
user cannot find the RSA DLP Endpoint Agent in add/remove programs
Resolution
The Endpoint Groups page appears.
2. Click the name of the Endpoint group that you want to view.
The Endpoint Group - New/Edit page appears in view-only mode, showing the configuration of the Endpoint group that you selected.
3.make sure the option " Show the Endpoint service in the computers' Add/Remove Programs list" is checked
4.wait for the configuration to be pushed on the endpoint
