Error: MIGRATION_INVALID_LICENSE when migrating database into AM 8.1

Issue
Login to Operation Console > Deployment Configuration > Migration > From Version 7.1 /From version 6.1

Migrating database from AM 7.1 to AM 8.1 or from AM 6.1 to AM 8.1 fails with the following error:

There was a problem processing your request
MIGRATION_INVALID_LICENSE

Cause
The Evaluation license that was installed on AM 8.1 has expired 

 
Resolution
Request for a production License
Install the production license on the AM 8.1
Un-install the Evaluation license
Migration should work now
