Resolution
This will be resolved in a future version of the product which will display warning messages when attempting to save the form.
The following warning message is displayed when attempting to save form variable that begins with the name avform.
Variable Name names cannot start with avform.
In addition, form names cannot begin with the name avforrm.
Form names cannot start with avform.
Workaround
Rename form variables so that they do not start with the name avform.
Note that the fix prevents new forms from being created with names starting with avform, but existing legacy forms with these names are not converted and must be changed manually.
