How to allow hyperlinks in the different versions of IMG

Issue
Admin-->System-->Settings--> then go to one of the below as required:
- Info Popup Dialog contents -->Allow links: Yes or No
- Other Features-->Supervisor link : ON or OFF
In IMG versions 6.9.1 and after that, you can allow hyperlinks by going to
Admin-->User Interface-->Settings--> then go to one of the below as required:
- Info Popup Dialog contents-->Allow links: Yes or No
- Other Features-->Supervisor link : ON or OFF
