Issue
  • A rule is configured to run after unification, but doesn't kick off when using identity collectors on scheduler.
  • If collectors are run manually, the rule is processed as expected.
Cause
Identity collectors are scheduled to run via scheduler but missing Unification to run after Identity Collectors.  Go to Collector > Scheduling and under Identity Unification note the No for Is Scheduled.

Resolution
  1. Go to Collector > Scheduling and click Edit on the top.
  2. Change the Unification Schedule by selecting Yes and selecting desired values.
