Issue
The Provisioning/Termination rule is not generating change request to disable the accounts for the users who are manually mapped to the account.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Manually map a user to an account which is not shared in an application which has Allow Account Disabling set to Yes.

  1. Create a rule with the following configuration:

  1. Delete the user from source.

  1. You will see that a change request is not created for the user:

Cause
This is a bug fixed in 7.0.2 P05.
Resolution
Deploy 7.0.2 P05 to have this issue fixed.
