Issue
When editing an Account Collector or Multi-App Account Collector, the selection for "Select types of account data to collect" is not saved.

Cause

This is a known issue in the following versions:

  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0
Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following versions:

  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P04
  • SecurID Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2
Workaround
This issue appears to only apply when editing an existing configuration.  Create a new collector and set all the required account types.
