Issue
- Unable to set credentials or configure RSA SecurID Appliance 350 iDRAC configuration.
- F10 reboots system.
- The symptom here is unable to access any settings for the iDRAC configuration.
Cause
Resolution
- Login with the default administrator account (user name: root, password: themaster01).
- Check Local Configuration Settings.
- While the iDRAC is not accessible, the default IP address should be set to 192.168.0.1.
- Connect a laptop, setting a static IP in that range and then log into the iDRAC at the default address.
- Go to iDRAC Settings > Services.
- Under Local Configuration, both options should be set to Disabled, as shown below.
