Under Requests > Activities > By Entitlement

We do not see the account or group attribute values populating.

Cause
This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-108444.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patch levels: 
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.0 P06
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.2.1 P01
After you deploy any of the fixed patches, you will see the account or group attribute values populating.
