Issue
The below error or a similar error might be displayed .
Error:
Cannot open file
You don't have any apps that can open this type of file.
You can search for it in the Play Store.
Resolution
Workaround
- User can use another app that can handle the tap-to-launch of files that are correctly registered with the OS i.e. Gmail app for Android devices . Noting that if saving the file locally onto the phone is required first, the user MUST delete the file after completing the import to maintain the security best practices.
- Distribute the token via CTF method instead .The below link explains the needed procedure :
