Error when trying to approve a certificate request: req-authorize.xuda: Line 518: [XrcDBUNABLE] unable to complete database operation. Unable to sign certificate [unable to complete database operation].
Error when submitting a certificate request: LDAP_Query: [XrcEXISTS] member or object already exists. LDAP_Add failed! objectClass (xuda_cert_req), dn (req-id) x-add-spk-req.xuda: Line 61: [XrcEXISTS] member or object already exists. Can't add request to local directory.
