Issue
Error: SMTP: [XrcBADSOURCE] Unable to open source file. ScDoesServerExist(): [XrcSOCKETFAILURE: unable to complete socket operation]
When a user clicks the Submit button after filling in a new certificate request form, the following error message appears:

Program Error
SMTP: [XrcBADSOURCE] Unable to open source file. ScDoesServerExist(): [XrcSOCKETFAILURE: unable to complete socket operation]

The corresponding jurisdiction is configured to send emails when new certificate requests are made.
Cause
During the KCA upgrade, the correct SMTP host name was not entered and the default value "mail" was used as the SMTP host name; "mail" was not a correct SMTP host name
Resolution
To correct this issue, update the SMTP host name to the correct one in the following two RCM/KCA configuration files:

        Xudad/conf/xudad.conf
        WebServer/conf/server.conf or WebServer/conf/rsakeon.conf

Then, restart all RCM/KCA services.

Workaround
The current KCA installation was recently upgraded from an older version of KCA
