Issue
Error: "Unable to add key" from AceCommService
Cause
Resolution
ace\data on the Primary and Replica ACE/Servers
If the certificates are not the ones that were originally installed, you will also need to replace the server.cer file in the following locations:
ace\data\realms\<servername> on the Primary and Replica servers and all Remote Administration PCs
For any auto-registration agent host, QuickAdmin, Remote RADIUS, or Web Express installations, the following applies:
- QuickAdmin will have the file in WEB-INF/certs/<servername>
- Web Express 1.2 will have the file in RSAWebExpress/JRun/servers/default/rsaswe/WEB-INF/certs
- Remote RADIUS and Auto Registration will have the file in %System Root%\System32
