Unable to login to Validation Manager Administrator Page

Issue
When logging into the Admin page of RSA Validation Manager build 32 or earlier the following message appears:

Build 32 and earlier builds do not have a default setting for the locale. If the locale reported by the browser is en-gb, then unless the en-gb directory exists it will produce the above error. It will not fall back to en-us if it can't find the correct directory.
Resolution
Use build 100 of RSA Validation Manager 3.0. If it can't use the browser's locale, it will default to en-us and allow logon.
Another option is to have the browser report the locale of en-us.
To do this in Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Languages
Click Add
Select "English (United States) [en-us]"
Click OK
Highlight en-us in the list, and click "Move Up"
Click Ok, click Ok
