Resolution
Clicking on Manage Dashboard does not show dashboard reports. Under System Config\Dashboard reports it states unavailable, instead of listing the individual Reports.
Please do the following:
- Stop the NIC Webserver Service (note that this will stop the NIC Alerter service)
- Stop the NIC Scheduler Service
- cd to %_ENVISION%\database\cmd (on 3.3.x cd to E:\envision\database\cmd)
- run startisql.cmd
- type: delete from schedulerevents where type like '%dashboard%'
- Hit F5
- Close the isql GUI
- Start the NIC Scheduler Service
- Start the NIC Webserver Service
- Start the NIC Alerter Service
- From the EnVision Management gui, click 'Overview' - 'System Config' - 'Dashboard Items' - 'Manage Dashboard' and tick the 'Enable' box on those items you wish to appear within the dashboard view.
