I am attempting to re-image a 60-series appliance with the 8071C G1 image. I've downloaded the image several times and confirmed that it has been burnt out properly to a DVD -R. However, I keep getting the following error message when I boot:

     "Cannot eject cartridge from drive Z please enter a re-image DVD"
    
What is the problem?

Resolution
The newest revision of the 60-Series appliances (SYS-G-RSA400-xxxx) changed hardware from PATA DVD drives to SATA DVD drives. G1 images prior to 8091J do not have the correct drivers included to support the newer DVD drives. To correct this problem, you will need to re-image the appliance with G1 image 8091J or higher.

For a 50-series appliance, the image you want to download is:
