Issue
XudaCASignCertificate() function returns error XrcNOTFOUND (11)
RSA Secure Logging Server logs show the following entry when a certificate fails to generate:

LOG_DATA>Certificate signing: failed; [XrcNOTFOUND: unable to locate requested member or object]; certificate presented: md5=b9be1ae84ba84f713ac2c621354c84d9</LOG_DATA>

RSA Secure Directory Server (Xudad) trace logs show the following entry for a certificate that fails to issue:

<date> signing 7296 132078480 signerSignCertificate.c:1800 Return code = XrcNOTFOUND (11)

RSA Certificate Manager fails to sign/issue certificates intermittently under certain conditions:

a) Issuing CA is SafeNet/Luna based
b) Certificates are generally issued successfully, but some certificates fail to generate
c) When certificates fail to generate (with XrcNOTFOUND error), there is relatively higher load on RSA CM / Luna based CA(s) signing operations

Resolution
This issue has been resolved in RSA Certificate Manager 6.8 build 519. Contact RSA Customer Support to obtain build 519 or the latest build for RSA Certificate Manager 6.8.
