Error CSEC4003 - The operation cannot be completed because the provided RSA server certificate file is invalid (or) not supported on Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME)
Also, it has been noted that OPENMANAGE ENTERPRISE (OME) fails while trying to login using RSA authentication with Error: The operation cannot be completed because an invalid passcode is entered.
OpenManage Enterprise version 4.1 encounters an issue when using the proxy configuration to connect to the RSA server. Adding the RSA server to the proxy exclusion list does not resolve the issue.
Dell Engineering acknowledges the issue and is actively working on a solution. At a future date, once a fix is provided, you will have the ability to enable the proxy server settings for your OpenManage Enterprise integration with RSA.

Disable the proxy server settings in OpenManage Enterprise (OME). When the proxy server configuration is set to 'disabled', the certificate import operations run smoothly without any errors, also users are able to authenticate successfully.
