Issue
The error message below is displayed when attempting to register for an RSA Community account after entering the required information and clicking the Continue button. 
A server error has occurred. Please refer to server logs for more information.

Cause
This issue can occur in rare circumstances if there is an issue with the registration portal.
Workaround
If you receive this error, please wait a few minutes and attempt to register again. 
 
If you continue to get the error, please contact RSA Customer Support using the form at https://community.rsa.com/communityhelp to report the issue so that it can be resolved as quickly as possible.
