- When a user attempts to register on the RSA Community, they see the following error:
The Salesforce record provisioning for the user failed with an exception – Insert failed. First exception on row 0: first error: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, a group membership operation initiated by user ID 0054u000009Mkmu is already in progress: []
- A record is written for the user in Salesforce but not in CAS.
- Pending or failed registration attempts show in Salesforce for the user.
