Issue
Customer wants to allow a non-admin user to have access to the Monitoring screens.  This can be done by adding these entitlements to the Aveksa application:
Monitoring : Admin Aveksa EDC
Monitoring : View Aveksa EDC

However, these tasks are not available before version 6.9.x
Resolution
Logon as AveksaAdmin, and go to Resources > Applications. Choose the application "Aveksa"
Choose the tab: "What Access".  Choose the App Roles that you want to have access.
Go to the Entitlements section. In the search field, type "monitor" , go will see on 6.9.x and higher:

Monitoring : Admin Aveksa EDC
Monitoring : View Aveksa EDC
Review Report : Monitor Edit Aveksa EDC
Review Report : Monitor Manage Aveksa EDC
Review Report : Monitor View Aveksa EDC

The first two entitlements are related to monitoring. However, in Aveksa 6.8.1 and earlier, these are not available.

Notes
While it is possible to add entries to the SecurityContext.csv and SecurityRole.csv files that are similar to what exists in IMG-6.9.x , IMG-6.8.1 does not include the back-end code to allow a non-admin user to see these screens.
