"Insufficient privileges to view change request" when approver click on the change request number in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle

Issue
Upon creating a change request, then logging in as the approver to then reassign the CR to another supervisor/user, when the user logged in is the new approver and they click on the change request number: it shows error as insufficient privilege.

Cause
Users who are Approvers (Supervisor, Supervisor-Delegate, Application Owner) encounter an error when they click on the hyperlink in the Change Request column of Approvals which are assigned to them.

Added condition to give view access (on CR) to any user who is assigned to any of the activities related to the change request.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the following RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle patches:
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.0 P08
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.5.2 P04
  • RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 8.0
