Potential Impact from Salesforce Device Activation Change
RSA customers who leverage RSA ID Plus for Salesforce single sign-on (SSO) may be impacted by a Salesforce security change relating to Device Activation.
In RSA Identity Management and Governance, approval change items are being duplicated in 6.9.1 P07.
Cause
This problem occurs in RSA Identity Management and Governance 6.9.1 P07 when an approval workflow is attached at the directory level and the change request item has "Operand Type" as Account and "Value Type" as UserGroup. Two entries are created, one for the operand type and one for the value type.
