We use Citrix securemail and we distribute the software rsa token by email. Normally we bind the rsa token to the binding ID of their rsa app. Also we zip the file with a password.

Since IOS26 AND upgrading our RSA authentication manager server to 8.8 SP1 users cannot longer import their rsa soft token to their RSA app on the iphones.

They open it on securemail, the select the rsa app and normally you should see a popup where you have to fill in the password. That does not happen. There is no error, you just open the rsa app and nothing else happens. No import, no error etc.

It also seems to go wrong with IOS 18 devices.

We tested it also with using no password, that had different outcomes. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't (on Iphone 14 with IOS26 it worked) on Iphone 16 with IOS26 it didn't.

So am totally confused where to start to troubleshoot this issue. We have many variables Iphone model, IOS 18/26 and password no password.
